After Graduation 5 lifelong friends took the business and began creating the most unique coffee company. Whiskey Morning Coffee using natural methods to create new styles of coffee. Whiskey Morning Coffee is unique because we use natural methods to change coffee. We either age coffee in bourbon barrels, smoke coffee beans, or fire roast the coffee beans with native wood. Small Batch: The Texian Army is roasted almost daily at Whiskey Morning Coffee in Tolar, Texas. Being a small batch roaster, you can be insured that you are receiving the freshest coffee possible. Having fresh beans translates to a better tasting cup of coffee.
Fire Roasted: The Texian Army brew is fire roasted using pecan wood. Each roast is monitored to each reaches a medium roast coffee. The fire roasting process takes out a lot of the bitter notes commonly found in coffee. The Texian Army Brews fire roasting provides a cowboy coffee style that cannot be achieved through air driven roaster
Pecan and Cherry Wood Smoked: The Texian Army Brew is one of the only smoked coffees on the market. During the roasting process WMC uses pecan wood to roast and provide a light smoke to the beans. After roasting, the Texian Army Brew enters a cherry wood cold smoke finish. The cherry cold smoke finish provides a sweeter note when brewing the coffee

I was skeptical at first being that there are so many flavored coffees on the market but this one definitely checks all the boxes. Smoky, flavorful, and smells amazing. That being said it is smoky so if you don’t like that flavor maybe this isn’t for you. I’m enjoying every sip of it this morning and this will definitely be my go to from now on. Very impressed and will be a favorite for years to come. Highly recommend.This stuff is awesome. First sip was like I just drank some bbq that has been smoking for 12+ hours. Greats flavors. I will be buy some more soon.I love coffee & I love the cowboy lifestyle-been searching for a roast that combines them best. Finally found my winner in the Texian Army brew. I’ve tried others like Arbuckle’s & the whiskey infused blend-they’re good but don’t remind me of sitting around a morning campfire. This brew is perfectly smokey and eye opening-turns my kitchen into a morning trail ride. I’ll be drinking this for years to come! I also love the company’s motto “don’t Austin my Texas” lollll.Reasonably priced "specialty " coffee, just smelling the brewed coffee was a treat. Robust flavor, not bitterThe first bag that I bought, the aroma and the taste were very smokey, just what I was looking for. The second bag had the smokey aroma, but there was no smoke in the flavor. I might order this one again.So im a big fan of smokey coffees and barrel aged/bourbon etc style. Well my regular delivery was running behind, saw this and gave it a shot. I would have to give it a pass on purchasing it again, its so smokey its almost over powering, not subtle at all. Basically it reminds me of cleaning out my smoker and inhaling particles from that. Now could just be me, and maybe you will like it. But pass from this guyOk beans, I was looking for a pecan flavored coffee, probably should have read the description more through…it doesn’t take like pecan, it tastes and smells like wood smoked coffeeI found this coffee at the TX State Fair and it has been the only coffee in our household since. I can’t get enough. I make a cold brew and we have hot brew regularly. Whole beans and fresh grind, there is nothin better!
