Once these green beans are chosen, each coffee variety is roasted to a level of perfection that optimizes flavor potential.
This is incredibly flavorful coffee. I like trying out new brands/roasters, and Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters doesn't disappoint. The almond and caramel flavors don't taste of anything artificial or leave any kind of bad aftertaste like some flavored coffees. The coffee I received wasn't all dried out and still had natural oils visible on the grounds. I'm very happy that I ordered multiple bags because we ended up ignoring the other coffee we had in the house and brewing only this and the other flavor we bought.
