This is perhaps the best pasta/dough machine on the market. Very well made, very easy to use! Also very fast, you can go from making sheet pasta dough to noodles with just moving a lever! Different size blades are so easy to change, unscrew to knobs and slide out one blade and insert another. Very easy to adjust the thickness of the dough sheet, again by adjusting two knobs.Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who wants to eat better and stay healthier.
