It is hard for me to source Nicaragua Coffee from Segovia, so I am glad that Cubico carries this variety. I have been buying this coffee from Cubico Coffee for the last couple of years since I cannot find it locally. I use this coffee to add a little flavor and body to Mexican Altura coffee to make my own blend of a full bodied medium roast pot. Nicaragua is stronger, so you do not have to add much to balance the flavors.
