This stuff made my Venison Jerky tate like no other has. I simply followed the instructions and now have what I believe to be better than store packaged jerky. I have a portion wrapped up and ready to go on my next deer hunt. It is the Cajun flavor. I was skeptical about the heat of it when purchased because I don't like it too hot, but it turned out to be just right. Tastes just a little spicy on the afterbite. Perfect for me.
