Great smaller footprint ice maker that is perfect for my business needs. However...the instruction do not explain how to use the features it claims to have. Changing the thickness and setting the on/off timer are next to impossible to accomplish. Amazon support.could not help. Gave me an email address and phone number. After several attempts to get help with this, after a few weeks I did get a video that I'm assuming addresses how to change thickness. But it is done in Chinese! Not fluent in that language. So if you are able to decipher the symbols on the ice maker and have a ton of time, maybe you can figure out how to use these features that were extremely important to me and I can't use as of yet.
