Overall Good so far, ice production impressive for its size...instruction manual is basically unhelpful! For those not familiar with commercial ice makers, watch YouTubes, Google etc. The instruction only provides tips like 'do not throw the ice machine in a fire' but doesn't provide relevant troubleshooting information, like why is the machine beeping....getting the protective film off was the most time consuming part of set up.
