I used this for cold brewed coffee, it was delicious. Smooth, flavorful, not bitter.Enjoy the whole pot of coffee , everytime I make it.Very little flavor, seems a bit old and dried out. Disappointing purchase.It was just ok. Tasted kind of stale and bland. Just didn’t really do it for me. Meh at 6$, terrible for 12$. Best I can say is I drank most of it, but I wasn’t excited about it.I like a dark roast and this coffee is dark enough, but not too intense as I have found with other varieties...At best, average beans, so not much of a bargain.Figured for the price it wouldn’t be great, and it is not. Below average in fact. It’s truly a waste of organic Guatemala beans what these people do. Leave good coffee to the people who know what they’re doing. Anyone that thinks this coffee is good would not know the difference between a single origin Guatemala and Starbucks.Not everyone is going to agree with what makes a coffee “exquisite” or “excellent”. Some just want their java or joe to go.Some, like me – give us the “fru-fru” type of “mocha, latta, something, biggie style”. I’ll admit, I’ve toned it down to cold coffee with chocolate milk. It’s my preference.No matter how you like it – you do you. You know what you like.Now, my experience with this coffee …Right off – pricey. No way I could afford this on a regular basis. Yes, I know it is a “premium” – reality – can’t afford it with other things increasing in price.That said – full bodied roast, smelled wonderful after grinding, aromatic when brewing (used it in a K-Cup filter filled full, 8oz cup).Taste? Not as bad as Starbucks’ retail, but not bad either. I’ve had McD’s, Jack in the Box, and gourmet brands. This holds its own.
