Once these green beans are chosen, each coffee variety is roasted to a level of perfection that optimizes flavor potential.
First...my disclaimer is that I am from the Canandaigua Area and everytime I go home, I go right to Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters and stock up, so that I don't have to pay the shipping.These coffees have great flavor and are a medium roast. You know you are drinking coffee and they are not saturated with oils/artificial tastes. I have tried so many flavors and cannot tell you there is a bad one. My only complaint is shipping but hey, its worth it when I can't fly home.
