I use these in my espresso machine rather than a Senseo machine. The pod contains the right amount of coffee for a classic 6 oz. Cup but you could push it to 8 oz. If you don't like your coffee too strong. At the same time as I ordered this I ordered Keurig pods with Costa Rican coffee for rush mornings where I want bigger cups, but they were disappointing with barely enough coffee for a mild 8 oz. Cup instead of the 10 or 12 oz that I expect from the Keurig.The beauty of using this type of pod in an espresso machine is that you don't have to tamp and there's no loose grounds to clean of the counter.Coffee from Senseo type pods is generally very good and these pods are no exception with a rich flavor that is not at all bitter.I love this coffee, its almost as good as my nespresso and i will eventually replace the nespresso machine. Have not used the DTS meter on it yet, but the overall flavor seems on par with nespresso which produces on average of about 110 pps depending on the coffee. Paired with a nespresso frother it makes my starbucks quality drinks in my kitchen.I love this coffee, its one of my favorite, this time I only needed one box, and they sent it without any packaging!Have at home not using need a machine to use podsThis coffee is awesome.My husband likes strong coffee with good flavor. He uses 2 pods which would be fine with a tea cup size cup but 3 with a larger mug.Ordered pods, received 4 small packets ground coffee, not pods, description for Keurig, not equal to 18 pods.Hmmmm Delicious .
