I first want to say that my friends LOVE the mugs. They were extremely touched, which makes me very happy. The people on them came out a little smaller than I anticipated from looking at pictures of the product, but it’s not a huge deal. The printing on them looks great, and the colors are nice too. The person I dealt with for all of my questions was very nice, although I wasn’t able to get a sample image of how the people turned out until after they were shipped. Luckily all the hairstyles were correct, but I wish they’d let you approve the design before they make them. As for the customization, it was fun to do, although a bit frustrating. There are many hairstyles to choose from, but sometimes the perfect one doesn’t come in the color you need. I’m taking away some points for the shipping. I specifically placed five different orders (one for me and one for each of my four friends) so that they would be shipped directly to each person. They were supposed to arrive by December 24, which was perfect since they were Christmas gifts. I received five separate confirmation emails with the correct names and addresses, but I was unable to track any of them. They ship through DHL and the tracking on their site gave me nothing but errors every time. When I inquired about shipping status for each, I was provided with one tracking status for my own mug, which also had the tracking number for the eventual hand off to USPS. That was helpful because I was at least able to see when it was in the post office’s hands. I was out of town and checking with my friends about whether they received their gifts, and when no one had, I got worried. I discovered my mug had been delivered, although not before Christmas as predicted. And when I got to the post office...I discovered I had also been shipped everyone else’s mugs as well. ? The company was good about it though and refunded the amount I was forced to pay for shipping them out myself. It all worked out in the end, but I wish they could have gotten them on time. Just beware that if you’re ordering multiple mugs that you want shipped to different addresses, there’s a possibility that things could get mixed up.Turned out great. Very cute. You can see the details in the people, and it looks very professional.Was gift and she loved it. It is beautifulmy mom loves it but I wish I could personalized the quote.
